Kirsten lives in Herndon with her husband and son, who was delivered by Dr. Laura Pickford in February 2023. They enjoy long runs, visits to the farm, and trips anywhere warm with water! In her free time, she enjoys reading, scrapbooking, and shopping.
Biography
Kirsten Fulop, MSN, FNP was born and raised in Northern Virginia. Her nursing career started as a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) nurse in Charleston, SC and later transitioned to Inova Fairfax Hospital. While attending high-risk deliveries she developed a passion for obstetrics and women’s health. She completed her OB/GYN clinical rotation with Dr. Walter Hodges (now retired) at Fair Ridge OB/GYN. She received her master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of South Alabama. After spending 8 years working in the NICU, she chose to focus on women’s health as an FNP at Fair Ridge OB/GYN.
